INTRODUCTION

  • This Shipping Policy sets out the terms and conditions “T&C” on which products are supplied to you as a buyer on https://noragardens.com/ or on our mobile application.
  • Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order via our platforms. By placing an order on our platform, you are agreeing to be bound by these T&Cs with immediate effect.
  • Please also read our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our platform and the T&C.
ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 days to let you know your order is on the way!

ORDER DELIVERY:

Orders once processed will be delivered to you within 2-7 days. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

During checkout, enter your address and details in the “Billing & Shipping” section. Click on the “Next” button. Shipping charges based on your location and the total weight of your products will be displayed in the “Order” section.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. Orders are generally shipped within 2-7 days in and around KSA.

Note: We do not ship outside of Saudi Arabia currently.

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on your location as well as the total weight of the product and will be displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer 25 SAR flat rate shipping to Riyadh City Only.

Your order may be subjected to taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your location. Nora Gardens is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, or the wrong item is delivered, please email us as soon as possible at support@noragardens.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. In such cases, the return and pickup cost of the item is covered by Nora Gardens.

●    Return & exchange process can be completed by contacting us at (+966) 555195123, and by providing the necessary documentation.

●    Return shipping charges shall be covered by the customer if initiated by the customer for reasons other than wrong/damaged items delivered by us.

●    Customers may return or exchange their purchases within fourteen (14) days from the receiving date; provided that the returned or exchanged products are in the original condition they were purchased in.

●    Customers are not entitled to return or exchange used, damaged & improperly stored products, or products that were prepared upon the customer’s request, or products that were already installed at the customer’s site.
