– Rest of Saudi Arabia: 2-7 business days

Changing Delivery Address:
Our customer service team is happy to assist you in changing the delivery address and date upon request. However, please note that the delivery address cannot be changed outside the original delivery country.
General Delivery Terms:

– We are not responsible for non-delivery due to reasons beyond our control, including your absence at the specified address or your request to postpone delivery.
– Orders are delivered daily except on Fridays and official holidays in Saudi Arabia.
– Orders recorded outside our regular working hours (9 AM – 11 PM), after the last order registration time during the day, or on Fridays, or any official holiday in Saudi Arabia are considered registered on the first working day in Saudi Arabia following the date of the order.
Return and Exchange Policy

– You can return products for any reason within 3 days from the date of order delivery.
– Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of order delivery.

Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products:
– The following products can only be returned or exchanged if damaged:
– Custom-made or consumer-specified products.
– Products that have already been installed at the customer’s site.
Damaged/Wrong Products:

Cancellation:
You can cancel or modify your order before it is shipped through our system. In case of cancellation before shipping, we will refund the full amount paid. If the order has been shipped, please wait for the order to be delivered and then use the return steps.
Refund Process after Return:
The refund process will take place only after approval of the product return. We will issue instructions for the full refund of the paid amount for non-damaged returned products upon approval (excluding original shipping and delivery charges).
Refunds will be processed in the following ways:
Refunds for payments made using Tamara or Tabby (deferred payment providers) will be processed according to the seller’s terms and conditions within 30 days.
Refunds for payments made using credit cards will be processed within 15 business days through bank transfer to the customer’s account, following the seller’s terms and conditions.
